Additional Information: Found with electrical cable round its neck for a lead, wandering & begging food from people. Very hungry & a bit thin but otherwise good condition. Well behaved and friendly, not bothered by other dogs. Looks young, at a guess about a year old. Handed to Greenwich dog warden 19/04/2014. Can send photo.
